Terms of Service

The Denim House sells individually sourced secondhand clothing, including a small vintage selection. Every item is pre-owned or deadstock unless stated otherwise, and is inspected, measured and graded before listing.

Because inventory is largely one of a kind, an item in your bag is not reserved until your order is completed through checkout. If an item becomes unavailable between adding it to your bag and completing checkout, the checkout process will prevent the purchase and your bag will be updated.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

We describe and photograph items honestly, including flaws. Measurements are taken flat and may vary by 0.5-1 inch due to the hand-measured nature of secondhand garments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Denim House's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the item(s) in that order.
